Description

The Bailey Unicorn Cadiz is a superb choice for couples who want the comfort of permanent single beds without moving up to a larger twin-axle caravan. As part of Bailey’s flagship Unicorn range, it combines a practical layout with an excellent level of specification and a bright, comfortable interior.

At the front of the caravan is a spacious lounge with parallel seating, creating a relaxing area during the day before converting into an additional double bed when required. This gives the Cadiz genuine four-berth flexibility while still being particularly well suited to couples.

The central kitchen is well equipped with a dual fuel hob, separate oven and grill, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and plenty of useful storage and preparation space, making it ideal for everything from weekends away to longer touring holidays.

Moving towards the rear, the two fixed single beds are one of the Cadiz’s biggest attractions. There is no need to make the bed up each evening, and both beds offer comfortable access along with useful storage and overhead lockers. This layout is particularly popular with couples who prefer their own sleeping space while still wanting a permanent bedroom.

At the very rear is a large full-width washroom with a separate shower cubicle, cassette toilet, wash basin and generous dressing space. It gives the caravan a real home-from-home feel and provides considerably more room than a conventional corner washroom.

Being part of the Unicorn range means the Cadiz also benefits from an excellent level of equipment, including ALDE wet central heating, Bailey’s Alu-Tech bodyshell construction, AL-KO ATC Trailer Stability Control, AKS stabiliser, alloy wheels, microwave and plenty of premium interior touches.

Overall, the Unicorn Cadiz is an excellent touring caravan for couples who want a high specification, fixed single beds and a spacious rear washroom while retaining the convenience of a single axle.

Warranty

All qualifying caravans are supplied with a 6-month warranty for added reassurance. Before collection, each caravan undergoes a full PDI inspection and service, followed by an engineer-led handover so you understand how everything operates.

What the warranty is intended to cover:

The warranty is there to help with faults affecting the caravan's main fitted equipment or systems that were not reasonably apparent at handover, subject to inspection and approval.

This can include issues with items such as:

·         Heating and hot-water systems

·         Fridge, cooker, hob and oven

·         Electrical and charging systems

·         Water pumps, taps and plumbing fittings

·         Toilet and washroom equipment

·         Damp, water ingress or sealant deterioration

·         Other original fitted appliances or equipment

What is not normally covered:

The warranty is not designed to cover general wear, cosmetic deterioration, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, or faults caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications.

Typical exclusions include:

·         Tyres, batteries, bulbs, fuses and consumable items

·         Upholstery, soft furnishings, carpets and cosmetic marks

·         Damage caused by accidents, impact, frost, storm damage, vermin or poor storage

·         Faults caused by incorrect use, lack of routine maintenance or failure to follow manufacturer guidance

·         Problems arising after third-party repairs, alterations or accessories have been fitted without approval

·         Recovery, transport, site fees, accommodation costs or consequential losses

Customer Responsibilities

Please use the caravan correctly, keep it maintained, protect it from frost and water ingress, and arrange servicing as required. Any developing issue should be reported promptly to help avoid further damage.
